Our Camp Staff Days will begin in January!

Working at camp is a challenging job that promises to stretch and grow you. It is not for everyone, which is why we hope you start by first attending our Camp Staff Days.

You will need to fill out the camp waiver below before you can attend a Camp Staff Day.

DAY FAQs

  • Anyone, ages 14-25 years old, who is interested in working with us at Camp Anothen. All current and previous employees are also welcome, whether you worked in administration, as a counselor, assistant, lifeguard, or LIT (Leaders in Training).

  • Camp Staff day is all about community! We will be doing a work project like cleaning, muching, and other chores then finishing off the day with activities, games and lots of fun!

  • Camp Staff Days start in January and run though May. Typically they are held on the third Saturday of every month from 9:30am - 3:30pm. These are work days and come-and-go events but the longer you stay the deeper the friendships become… and guess what? Lunch is on us! Check out the Events Page for details on upcoming gatherings.

  • Camp Staff Days happen right here, on the camp grounds!

  • Camp Staff Days are a place for us to build community, hang out, and get to know each other better. Our goal is to create strong, Christian relationships with one another before entering in the summer season. This is a time for all of us to grow and learn what the Camp Anothen life is all about. Bring some gloves and come in clothes you’re okay getting a little dirty in. We are going to work hard to clean up the campgrounds and start preparing for Summer 2025. This is a great day to join us and see what working at Camp Anothen is all about!
